The Foundation for Global Children (FGC) held its annual activity report meeting, inviting corporate members and partner companies. This year, the meeting took place on December 12 at the Yumoto Fujiya Hotel in Hakone, with approximately 60 participants attending in person. For the first time, we also offered an online participation option, allowing supporters from distant locations to join. We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined, both in person and online.
During the meeting, Chairman Keizaburo Tsuchiya delivered a greeting and presented a report on the FGC’s main activities for this fiscal year. International students Mr. Almame and Ms. Abidemi also joined to personally express their gratitude for the support they have received. Additionally, we were pleased to welcome Mr. Koyanagi, a staff member of the Kokusai Gakuen Education Institute, who shared his long-standing experiences and reflections on support activities following the Great East Japan Earthquake.
As the fiscal year ends in December, this meeting provided a valuable opportunity to reflect on the past year’s activities and look forward to the next year. Starting in January, we will continue to actively pursue various initiatives.
