The results of JLPT that international students of SEISA Group took in July have been announced. Mr. Kesete from SEISA Dohto University passed N2. From SEISA Kokusai High School Shonan, Mr. Daimon and Mr. Kaung passed N3, Ms. Yamin and Ms. Su passed N4, and Mr. Merhawi passed N5.
JLPT aims to measure and certify the Japanese language proficiency of non-native speakers of Japanese in Japan and overseas. Since coming to Japan as sports scholarship recipients from SEISA Group and FGC, International students have studied Japanese language while receiving education at Japanese schools and undertaking sports training. JLPT measured their Japanese language skills from various angles such as grammar, kanji, long reading comprehension and listening. This season, with the resumption of sports activities, they had to prioritize competition and training while studying for the exam, but everyone was able to fully exert their abilities.
Mr. Natnael, who has enrolled in SEISA Dohto University in this year, took the J.TEST test. He was able to get a high score in the listening test. He will take the JLPT N3 in December.
In order to become a bridge between their home countries and Japan in the future, international students of SEISA Group will continue to study Japanese.
