On July 19th, 24th and 26th, an archery trials hosted by the Kanagawa Archery Association was held at the Archery Park of Tomioka Comprehensive Park in Yokohama, Kanagawa. Nidup Dorji and Sonam Choden, two senior Bhutanese students who belong to the SEISA Kokusai High School Shonan Archery Club joined the event. Many talented archers from junior high school to adults are united in the range. Both of them looked nervous for the first time in a long time, but Nidup was able to break his personal best with a total of 616 points. They were extremely nervous, and their shooting form collapsed, making a series of small mistakes and struggling to shoot the way they wanted to. However, the confidence with which they shot their arrows showed the results of their daily training.

The weather conditions over the three days of this tournament were changing rapidly and the conditions were challenging but for the first time in a long time, the archers who participated in the trials were able to find new technical and mental challenges. They have gained a good deal for their future training, and it will lead to their future success.
