The 72nd All Hokkaido Inter University Track & Field Championships were held at Atsubetsu Park Stadium, Sapporo, Hokkaido from Friday, August 21 to Sunday, August 23 and Mr. Kesete from SEISA Dohto University participated in the 5000m race.
His preparation went well. He finished 3rd with a time of 14:54.38 and managed to run the race in hot weather without losing speed.
The next race will be the 49th Inter-Collegiate Athletic League of Hokkaido Championships on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September, where he will be aiming to improve his personal record.
